Welcome to SewArmadillo, a new and exciting place to find a huge range of quilting and sewing patterns. We also carry a large range of other crafty type patterns like knitting, crochet, cross stitch and embroidery. The range contains lots of fabulous Australian designers as well as great stuff from overseas. We are always on the lookout for new and interesting things to add to our product ranges.
We will also have a range of sewing accessories – things like needles and pins, and buttons and trims, but we will try to keep these to something a little different or special. We won’t carry a lot of fabrics because these are readily available elsewhere, but we will have some precuts, charm packs, and special lines that are unique or hard to find.
Our plan is to have lots of things to give you inspiration and motivation to make beautiful things. There will be a page dedicated to your projects, so send in pictures of your finished items - quilts, dolls, pillows, clothes or anything else you make. Every month there will be a prize for the best variation of a pattern. It can be anything at all, as long as it’s different from the original it will be eligible for the prize. But, even if yours if very similar to the original, send in a picture and story. These pictures and stories will inspire other people, just like you see in the magazines. Our customers (and us) are always very interested to see what other people are up to.
Later on, we will introduce a selection of gift lines so you will be able to shop for presents as well as supplies. There will be wonderful things to suit your crafty friends as well as those who are not so crafty.
