Chris Jurd
Well known Australian designer and winner of numerous prizes at quilt shows. Chris does a lot of paper pieced patterns – a bit of a challenge for inexperienced quilters, but well worth the effort. She also has some quick and easy pieced patterns, some with appliqué that are traditional in design but modern in feel. |

Cori Blunt is Chitter Chatter, she does fabulous baby and child quilt patterns. As well as a few others such as ANTitude which makes a great picnic rug. Her designs are really sweet and done with easy piecing and beautiful appliqué. She also has a couple of very cute pincushion patterns. |

The designer here is Natalie Lymer, she does fabulous stitchery and pieced designs. Some are quilts but she also has a wonderful range of stitcheries that can go on bags, be framed, made as pillows, the options are huge. Well worth a look. |

Country Keepsakes – Annie Smith is a lovely Australian lady (originally from Great Britain) who lives just up the road from me. She does some of the best cloth doll patterns I have seen. Her dolls are usually quite large, not necessarily designed to be played with by small children, but beautiful to have in your home. There is a large range of designs – all fun and fabulous. |

Many have floral themes but there are also a few with wonderful kids designs, there is sure to be the perfect quilt for your favourite boy or girl. There are also some fun and simpler pillow patterns. |

The designer is Lori Smith, and she mainly does traditional designs, a lot of sampler quilts, but all with a slightly different feel. Her samplers are fun and initially do not look like sampler quilts. She also has a range of small project quilts, several in each pattern – these are fun and easy and look great hanging on a wall. |
